As of March 1st, 2024, I am requiring a $25 deposit to hold your appointment.

Please be courteous in letting me know if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment ASAP. This allows me to maximize the use of my time with other clients and my family.
In the event that you do not show up for your appointment without contacting me ("no call, no show"), your deposit will NOT be refunded!

 

I understand that reiki and other energy healing modalities given involve a natural hands-on method to help with relaxation, pain management, and stress reduction. I clearly understand that these treatments are not in any way intended to substitute or replace any medical or psychological care. I clearly understand the work done here is to simply assist me on my journey to health, wellbeing, balance, and happiness, and it is not meant to replace or contradict any other therapies, treatments, or advice given to me by medical professionals.

I understand that the practitioner does not prescribe medication or interfere with the treatment of a licensed health care professional. It is recommended that I seek the care of a licensed medical professional for any physical or psychological ailments I may have.

By checking the box, I hereby waive and release Kayla Sawyer from any and all liability (past, present, or future) relating to reiki or energy work, and I agree to forfeit my $25 deposit if I do not show up to my appointment.
