About Me

My name is Kayla Sawyer. I have certifications in crystal healing, Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), Thought Freedom Therapy(TFT), and a mastery certification in Usui Reiki. I continue to expand my knowledge in other spiritual topics and healing modalities such as sound therapy, astrology, numerology, Human Design, Gene Keys, chakras, and herbalism.

 

I started offering readings and energy healing sessions in 2018 with the intention of assisting others on their wellness journeys. I believe that body, mind, and soul are connected, and they all play a vital part in our health and well-being.

But let's get personal because I'm more than just a small business owner...

I am also a firefighter's wife, a 80/20 mother to two inexhaustible boys, a fur mom to too many animals, and an aspiring homesteader. I'm really just your typical 30 year old who's learning how to navigate adulthood one day at a time while striving of living a simple life. I enjoy dancing in the kitchen, hiking, and playing cozy video games in my spare time. My heart can be won over with houseplants, cookies, and coffee!
