My Story: The Spiral Path
I didn’t always feel connected to the language of my own body.
For years, I navigated the heavy density of chronic physical exhaustion, mental burnout, and deep disconnection. I felt profoundly out of sync with my own skin and the world around me.
There was a season after becoming a mother where the noise of the world completely drowned out my internal compass. I thought healing was a race to be won, a supplement to be chased, or a lifestyle to perfect. Yet, the answers weren't in the doing. They were found in the slowness. In returning to the land, leaning into soil, and learning how to truly listen to the subtle frequencies of spirit and biology.
