1. Scope of Remote Practice & Non-Medical Disclaimer

All print sessions, resonance scanning, and frequency stabilization loops are conducted entirely remotely via quantum field interface protocols.

You explicitly understand and agree that Print Work is an energetic, spiritual, and somatic modality designed to identify and restore systemic coherence. It is not medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or physical/mental healthcare treatment.

Kayla Sawyer is a Certified Solaran Practitioner, not a licensed medical doctor, therapist, or veterinarian. It is always recommended to consult a qualified professional for biological or medical concerns regarding yourself, your minor children, or your animal companions.
 

2. The Sovereignty, Implied Consent & Energetic Protocol

In alignment with our strict ethical codes, scans will only be initiated where explicit, direct permission has been established both earthside and energetically.

• Physical Steward Consent: You may legally purchase and consent to prints only for yourself, your minor children, your own business assets, and animals or land under your primary care and legal stewardship. You may not purchase a scan for an independent adult or a property you do not steward without providing written consent from that individual to the Practitioner prior to the scheduling window.

• The Energetic Gate (Implied Consent): You explicitly understand and agree that every living system—be it a human body, an animal companion, a structure, or a piece of land—carries its own sovereign intelligence. Prior to running any scan, the Practitioner will interface with the field to request energetic consent from the entity.

• System Refusal: If a child's system, an animal's field, or the spirit of the land communicates an energetic refusal or closes its gate to the scan, that refusal will be absolutely honored. In the rare event of a total systemic refusal, the scan will not be forced, and the Practitioner will contact the physical steward to discuss rescheduling or a structural adjustment.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Human and ecological biology are highly dynamic, living systems. While remote energetic prints aim to translate density into data and clear systemic bottlenecks, Wildflower Healing and Wellness makes no absolute promises, guarantees, or claims regarding specific physical, emotional, or behavioral outcomes. You retain 100% sovereignty over how your system integrates the information and frequency loops provided.

 

4. Booking, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Because remote print scans require intensive energetic preparation and dedicated space-holding by the Practitioner during your scheduled window, the following exchange policies apply:

• No Refunds: All sales completed through our Portals are final. Once a scan is run and your digital roadmap is generated, no refunds will be issued.

• Intake Forms: All digital protocol and informed consent forms must be completed and submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking. Failure to submit required forms may result in the forfeiture or rescheduling of your window at the Practitioner’s discretion.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Digital Assets

The structural concepts, imagery, layouts, descriptions, and written material within this website, including all downloadable guides published in the Field Journal (such as The Earthside Tick Protocol), are the sovereign intellectual property of Wildflower Healing and Wellness. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell these materials for commercial gain without express written permission.
