This is a field of remembering, not repair.
You’re not too much.
You’re just ready to bloom.

Hi, I'm Kayla.

I’m a Grovekeeper, Print Weaver, Earth listener, and guide for those walking the spiral path back to themselves.

I created Wildflower as a sacred space where healing is not about fixing what’s broken—but about remembering what’s whole.

Here, we tend to what’s been buried.
We listen to the whispers of the body, the soul, and the land.
And we follow the quiet rhythms that lead us home.

I didn’t always feel connected to my body…
I knew something ancient lived beneath my skin, but I couldn’t hear it clearly through chronic symptoms of joint pain, muscle weakness, anxiety, burn out, fatigue, brain fog, and depression. I felt lost and disconnect from not only my body but the world around me.

There was a season after becoming a mother where I forgot my own rhythm. I thought healing was something to chase. But no matter what supplements I tried or diet and lifestyle changes I made, I still felt out of sync.

It was in stillness. In soil. In slowness. In being present. In returning to the land. And learning how to listen—really listen—to my own body and spirit.

In a moment of softness, Print work found me. Or maybe, I remembered it.

I began to hear another rhythm. Not a race — a return.

I no longer rush my blooming. I don’t fix. I remember.

As I awakened to this lineage of healing, I uncovered old memories—of ancient groves, white-leafed plants, and a role I’ve held across lifetimes: Keeper of Keys. Grovekeeper.

Today, I carry that memory forward into this work. Into every scan, every offering, every word I speak. Wildflower is not just a brand—it is a living garden of remembrance, and you are always welcome here.

The Way We Bloom Here

All things bloom in their own time.

There is no shame in slow. No virtue in rush.

Beauty is a holy frequency.

To seek it is not vanity — it is alignment.

Sensation is sacred.

Pain, pleasure, hunger, warmth — all are messages, not flaws.

Union is natural, but sovereignty is sacred.

Love does not erase the self. It reveals it.

Creation is not earned.

It is breathed. It is allowed. It is chosen.

Safe.

You'll feel like you can finally exhale.

Seen.

You won't have to explain your softness.

Sacred.

Every session is a return to the body's wisdom.

Slow.

We move like seasons — not schedules.
